What legal terms *really* mean

Dictionary_2Via Power of Attorneys, I bring you the true meaning of all those fancy shmancy legal terms that we lawyers throw around so often.

Today's term:

Caveat rumpus

Latin for “covering your ass”. An often exercised principle in the legal profession. Also known in legal circles as “CYA.”
