What legal terms *really* mean.

Dictionary Via Power of Attorneys, I bring you the true meaning of all those fancy shmancy legal terms that we lawyers throw around so often.

Beyond a reasonable doubt:

A novel concept in jurisprudence wherein the lawyers on both sides of the case attempt to establish that the other side is lying more than they are.
