I had a client recently who signed a confession to stealing gas from his employer's pump. Then he told me that it was false, and that he didn't steal the gas after all. I suggested to him that he add a "signing statement" just like Pres. Bush does, saying he disagrees with what he signed, it's not true and isn't worth the paper it's written on.
