This is EXACTLY what happens when we let the good ole U.S. Gov. treat foreigners whom they think are terrorists! Then they turn around and employ it on US, good ole American citizens (even though in this case the guy wasn't an American, not that that MATTERS anyway)!
WE have given the police and every other law enforcement officer the right to accuse us, beat us, and DESTROY us!!!
When is it all going to end?

WHEN? WHEN 10% OF US ARE ACCUSED OF SOME TRUMPED UP FALSE CHARGES THAT CAN RUIN OUR LIVES?

WILL IT STOP THEN? WILL WE HAVE THE COURAGE TO STOP IT THEN? WILL WE KNOW HOW TO STOP IT THEN? WILL WE KNOW HOW TO STOP IT THEN?
