Surprisingly, our colleagues in the prosecutor's office are at it again--breaking the law and generally causing a ruckus wherever they go. Here's the latest:
- Former Prosecutor Set for Plea Agreement Hearing--A former ADA accused of mail fraud and money laundering and now he's considering a plea? Say it ain't so!
- N. Ind. prosecutor charged in ruckus--See? A ruckus. Did you doubt me?
- Assistant prosecutor fired--An ADA is charged with DWI and Assault after being caught fighting with a friend in his car, which was parked on the side of the interstate. Let's hope his attorney argues that they've got no proof of operation. (Hat tip: PDStuff)
I'm beginning to think that they'll never learn. If only they'd act like their colleagues in the private bar, or at the very least, try to act like the venerable members of the judiciary.
