New Video Added to Sidebar

I've added a video to the top of my right hand sidebar.  Take a look and let me know what you think.  I know that the sound and video are out of synch, but can't figure out how to fix that problem.  Any pointers would be appreciated!

And, thanks to Imke Ratschko of the New York Small Business Law Blog for the idea and for agreeing to allow me to imitate it!

Nicole:

I love this feature. It is really a cool addition to your blog. It makes your blog even more personal. Very cool!

I think this looks fantastic! The vid is very welcoming. Great idea.

Thanks you guys. Most of the feed back (here and via email) that I've gotten has been positive. As a result, I'm toying with the idea of occasionally changing the video to reflect new content or something to that effect. I'll have to give it some more thought.
