State (to 85 year old witness) - Could you look around the court and tell us do you see the man that robbed you.

Witness turns and looks around the entire courtroom and at the defendant, and looks confused. Witness then turns and takes a second look.

Defendant (raising his hand) - Right here lady, I'm standing right here. What are you blind?

Judge - For the record the defendant has I.D.'d himself as the perpetrator.
