Apparently all these lawyers advertising on Craigslist for a secretary with benefits that I've featured in the past should have known better. Who knew?
Via the ABA Journal, an attorney is now facing disciplinary charges for attempting to hire a secretary with benefits. My favorite part of the complaint is this excerpt of his email to the potential employee regarding the requirements of the job:
